1. The staff seemed happy to be there and happy to help, and I can't tell you how much it means to me when traveling and staff notices the kids and offers things that make them more comfortable.

6. My only other qualm, was that my room key was deactivated before I had departed and the woman I called on the phone at the concierge desk (not front desk), was not very friendly, so I went to the front desk and they were happy to help me.

7. The lobby is gorgeous and Boka the restaurant on floor 1 has amazing food, a great happy hour and friendly service.

9. As we moved into the lobby, the clerk behind the desk also wished us a happy anniversary and presented us with a glass of sparkling wine and a rose.
