I was expecting something amazing having read other reviews such as 'I travel 150-200 days per year, and this is the best hotel I've stayed in over the past five years' or 'The rooms were exceptional' or 'rank up there with (and possibly exceed) a Four Seasons type of property'What I found was a reasonable but not exceptional 4 star property.
