1. The second night I called to ask about switching rooms and the response was 'It will end at 11pm.

10. I didn`t have any major responsibilities early in the morning at my meeting in the hotel (unlike the person attempting to check in next to me who was not a happy camper) so it was an annoyance more than anything - and management made it right.
