1. The hotel has recently been updated and everything looks brand new.

2. Yes, the rooms are newly renovated (which they constantly tell you about) but this is not a four star hotel.

3. I will give the property kudos for trying to upgrade its image with new flooring, paint, upgrade rooms and bathrooms but it is loud during the day if you are near any of the construction, and there is lots of new paint smells, etc.

4. As an SPG Platinum member, there was no upgrade and they seemed like they weren't sure what to do with an SPG member but they could have been new, or training.
