2. As an SPG Platinum member, there was no upgrade and they seemed like they weren't sure what to do with an SPG member but they could have been new, or training.

3. We would really have to think hard before staying here again because like I said we missed out on many, many sites because we were too tired (due to lack of sleep).

4. Though the pillows on the bed were plentiful in number, I would recommend bringing extra with you or calling down for a few more if you're like me and need to be propped up a little when you sleep as they didn't offer a ton of support.

5. Let me add that when a hotel cares about things like the comfort of your stay and wants to compensate you for any disturbances, you enjoy coming back and giving them your business.

6. Club room breakfast and evening snacks could have been served at a low end economy hotel(which for the prices economy hotels charge it is ok but not here where full prices are being charged) One feels like the management does not care.

8. Overall we had a pleasant stay but should say the hotel had an 'old' feel to it which could make it feel like a weak4 star unless you like the older charming feel which we did.

9. The parking at the hotel is not cheap but it is ot be expected down town a city like this.

10. It may seem like something petty to mention, but it is a long walk from the elevator to the rooms in the #140 range.
