1. WIne & alcoholic bar was set up just outside the banquet room - the drinks were very reasonably priced.

When my traveling companion (who was not wearing his hearing aids) asked loudly, 'Wait, what room number am I in?' the desk clerk made a point of turning the keycard holder towards him to show the number, rather than vocalizing it (because we all know clerks should never say anyone's room number aloud, for security reasons, and yet too many of them do).

7. The reason I'm rating this hotel a 5 instead of a 4 is simply because of the staff - everyone was amazingly nice, polite and helpful.

8. I'm not sure what the holding fee is all about but I wasn't pleased for two reasons 1) nobody told me I would be seeing this on my statement 2) a holding fee placed after my stay and after I have already paid in full makes no sense at all.
