1. First night in town here so our body-clocks were still adjusting to the new time zone and had us asleep very early; some late-night guests did come back loudly, but not unreasonably late for anyone out on the town.

5. The rooms are actually fine, mine was truly huge with both a couch and chair, coffee table, large desk, queen size bed, cable TV, wireless internet, new carpet and a noisy but effective a/c unit.
