3. yes, it is an older hotel, and the outside sure could use some upkeep/updating but for a place to rest or head after a great day exploring Kona, we could not have asked for a better place.

4. If you are going to sit in your hotel all day and play on the computer go to the expensive hotels but if you need a nice place to crash with a balcony for sunrises and sunsets you wont find a better deal.
