1. On arrival we were disappointed - a very small reception area, no 'typical American smiley welcome', no offer of help with luggage or to be taken to room.

2. Overall a lovely hotel I would reccomend it to friends and family, the only major let down is some of the members of staff who at times did not make us feel welcome, which is really uncomfortable.

6. We had a great welcoming at Lake Eve, arrived early at 2pm to be told room was not ready until 4pm but we would be upgraded to a platinum suite (2 bed).

9. From Trevor, the chef; bartenders - George and Jose; and front desk persons, Summer and Nina; everyone made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
