1. My daughter accidentally broke one of the soap dishes and we were a little worried that they would charge us for it but they acted like it was no big deal and said they would replace it right away.

3. As the title says, great place to stay with kids,much better than a hotel room its like being at home,very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day we had a great holiday and when you come back from all the parks you need a nice place to unwind, wish i was back there.

4. We used this shuttle a few times as it suited us but the one to Magic Kingdom went rather later in the morning and we like to get to parks early to try and do most of the rides before it gets busy which it did do as we went during the Easter holidays.

6. There is a Publix grocery store about a 4 minute drive away so you can pick up what ever meals you would like to prepare in your suite.

8. the whole resort had a warm friendly feel about it and not once did we have any concerns about the staff like i read in some of the other reviews.

9. What they do have going for them are newer, large 'condo style' rooms that are priced like a standard hotel room, so if you are looking for value, consider this.
