1. The two 'problems' we had were:-The hotel staff, that is not that professional, they do not treat the guests well and u kinda have to beg for attention.

2. I never expected the attention to detail, from towels folded into amazing animal shapes, the cleaning staff bringing more supplies than I could ever use, the spacious suite and luxurious outfitting of everything, and on and on.
