3. We came to Baltimore for a surprise birthday trip for my husband, and the hotel upgraded our room to a King Deluxe and also welcomed us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.

7. the decor, quality of fixtures and customer service were all subpar and disappointing for a Kimptonthe cleaniless and decor in the room was better than the lobby, elevators, and hallways but the super thin walls or connecting door allowed us to know to much about our neighborsthe dog friendly amenities such as the close dog park and bowls were welcomed and comfy for traveling with pets.

9. The kinds man who worker there name was ali he was the valet supervise he makes sure we been taking care off and the front manager Marcus they make us very welcome .
