And the rooms are large for rompingthe high ceilings and large windows are beautifulthe beds were very comfy and sturdythe late night or 24hr in-room dining is a big plusparking was closeby and affordableit's a good location - more in the business district than the touristy area but a close walk to historicsites, business, and the touristy stuffour biggest gripe was checkin: our room wasn't ready until 4:30pm; there was a 5-deep line and only 1 customer service rep for the first 10 minutes of waiting; and we didn't receive the normal coupons/deals for In-touch members at check-in.

2. the decor, quality of fixtures and customer service were all subpar and disappointing for a Kimptonthe cleaniless and decor in the room was better than the lobby, elevators, and hallways but the super thin walls or connecting door allowed us to know to much about our neighborsthe dog friendly amenities such as the close dog park and bowls were welcomed and comfy for traveling with pets.
