6. I like the Kimpton hotels in general and I still rate this one a 4 overrall, but they could easily be a 5 with some minor customer service tweaks.

7. The desk staff seemed very disinterested and disengaged when presented with small requests like re-filling the coffee urn at the desk lobby in the morning.

8. The bath amenities were aveda (also standard Kimpton), but were in separate bottles and wrapped soaps -- I know that some Kimpton fans prefer the dispensers as green-friendly, but I really like having the individual bottles.
