1. The staff was unfailingly friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the convenient location in Baltimore's Harbor area couldn't be better.

2. the decor, quality of fixtures and customer service were all subpar and disappointing for a Kimptonthe cleaniless and decor in the room was better than the lobby, elevators, and hallways but the super thin walls or connecting door allowed us to know to much about our neighborsthe dog friendly amenities such as the close dog park and bowls were welcomed and comfy for traveling with pets.

4. My only constructive feedback is that the room service menu was a bit limited, given that there is a restaurant right downstairs - I could have had better choices, speedier service, and likely paid less if I had just gone down and ordered take out.
