9. The Monaco is a grand dame of a hotel and appears to be the best hotel in Baltimore as far as class and sophistication, however, it lacks a location befitting of its stature and management attention to safety and customer care.

10. Not only did they make our dog so welcome (doggy bed, treats, maps to dog parks nearby) but it is a great hotel with an attentive staff and modern, luxurious rooms.
