1. We ate there a couple of other times and it was fine, but this one time just stuck in my mind because it was so awful -- and when we complained, the waiter basically just brushed it off, and I didn't feel like pursuing it.

3. This isn't like other Best Western's that I've ended up staying in - totally different, much more professionally run and like a larger hotel.

4. Just one warning, again for European visitors, like many places we found in the USA, people seem to eat dinner very early (we had a drink in the restaurant bar at 6.

5. We liked the environmentally aware touches like the recycling bin in the room and the option to decline housekeeping for one or more days, in return getting a voucher for 5 dollars off a meal in the restaurant.

6. like most hotels in San Francisco, yes the rooms were small, but come on people a 500 sq.
