7. Not surprising when they have only 2 people on the front counter at peak times and they both served 1 person at a time checking in/out (not very efficient) and I am still waiting for the key to our mini-bar days after returning home) - never did come.

8. The hotel can booked transfers too and from SFO airport which we used on our return instead of getting a taxi, saving us $15, and was very efficient.
