4. The hotel was VERY quiet (try to get one of the rooms in the back of the hotel, we didn't have any room wall next to us with the hallway on one side and the bathroom separating the wall on the other).

5. Its approx 5 minute walk to Lincoln road with all the shops and restaurants and a similar distance to a lovely quiet section of the beach.
