6. so apologies given, seems like some of the staff member need to be RE-TRAINED IN HOW TO APPROACH CUSTOMERS OR AT LEAST IF NOT CHANCES FOR ANY OFFER, IT IS NICE TO MENTION EVEN IF YOU DON'T MEAN IT.

7. we make our way to Key west and by the time we got back to the hotel and collect our bag and go up to the room, as soon as we got in the elevator was a bit over fragrance, we got out of the elevator and make our way to the room and was nothing nice, not pleasant and stinks , damed smell, humid.
