5. The hotel has an excellent location, the food at the front porch cafe is great and non expensive for ocean drive, get early to avoid line.

10. Apart from the positive side - clean room - excellent view across Ocean Drive over the Lummus Park palm trees towards beach - quiet part of Ocean Drive - one very friendly person at the reception desk, there were some downsides.
