1. I have stayed in a number of different hotels in South Beach (I like to try different ones), and this one I will check off my list.

3. Ocean Drive is full as fancy restaurants and flash cars, but the restaurants are not over priced like you would expect.

4. I pulled out my hotel confirmation/voucher (which was paid in full) and asked the front desk clerk to review it with me, specifically looking for ANY verbiage that looked like, sounded like, 'DEPOSIT' or $200.

5. so apologies given, seems like some of the staff member need to be RE-TRAINED IN HOW TO APPROACH CUSTOMERS OR AT LEAST IF NOT CHANCES FOR ANY OFFER, IT IS NICE TO MENTION EVEN IF YOU DON'T MEAN IT.
