4. The good: Very clean and tiled, very welcoming view of the park/beach and ocean drive, a lot of natural light from the 2 huge windows (corner room) with 2 big day beds which my 4 years old loved to sleep in.

7. I loved being able to walk to Villagio plaza where the Starbucks was and hit the beach so easily.

8. Its approx 5 minute walk to Lincoln road with all the shops and restaurants and a similar distance to a lovely quiet section of the beach.

10. We have stayed at the Penguin several times before and have loved the place; the service is very attentive, and the restaurant out front has one of the best breakfasts on South Beach.
