1. OVERALL: This hotel is definately well decorated and spacious- pretty much looks just like most pictures already posted.

2. The elevator and hallways: The elevator is tiny (like most in south beach) and the hallways are oddly dark.

3. When we went to report to the staff they gave us a HORRIBLE attitude and were very unsympathetic and unwilling to help, repeating over and over in a snarky voice that there are 'Cameras throughout the hotel' like we were crazy.

7. Not a 4 star exactly, the pool is more like a jacuzzi, there is no restaurant in the property and no bar.
