1. Certain areas within the apartment are not very clean, but in general it feels comfortable and modern.

3. We found Metropole for a LOWER rate (it was a Monday night, that might have helped) and not only did they have heated rooms but a very helpful and friendly staff, very modern rooms with huge flat screen tvs and comfortable bedding.
