1. After reading the reviews, I was worried about termites, and although we saw one, the room was quite nice and the location was great.

2. When you enter through the walk way, on your right hand side is a courtyard, this is great place to meet people from all over the world, every evening the staff puts out a few bottles of wine for the guest to relax and mingle.

7. Two blocks away from Ocean Drive on Collins Ave, it's a great location for getting off of the main drag and having a quiet place to come back to after being out on the town.

9. Collins is adjacent to Ocean Drive, which is the main drag right along the beach with hotel after hotel and great outdoor cafe's and bars.
