1. Service: Concierge and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

2. We found Metropole for a LOWER rate (it was a Monday night, that might have helped) and not only did they have heated rooms but a very helpful and friendly staff, very modern rooms with huge flat screen tvs and comfortable bedding.

3. When we went to report to the staff they gave us a HORRIBLE attitude and were very unsympathetic and unwilling to help, repeating over and over in a snarky voice that there are 'Cameras throughout the hotel' like we were crazy.
