3. I took yoga classes during my stay, and the yoga studio overlooks the pool deck so it's a really nice touch.

5. We've stayed at nice hotels, but honestly, the EPIC was truly the most relaxing, calm place we've stayed -- and that's with a professional sports team coming in for a game the following day.

6. From the time we drove in fairly late in the evening until we left, everyone - bellmen, doormen, front desk, housekeeping, technicians (for help with computer), valet, phone operators-- was a genuinely nice, helpful and as friendly as could be.
