3. From the time we drove in fairly late in the evening until we left, everyone - bellmen, doormen, front desk, housekeeping, technicians (for help with computer), valet, phone operators-- was a genuinely nice, helpful and as friendly as could be.

4. The bus boys at the front of the hotel were very helpful with getting a cab ready, opening doors and carrying luggage.
