1. However that said, the hotel was great and the staff definitely makes you feel special and they do their best to help you with all your needs.

3. From the time we drove in fairly late in the evening until we left, everyone - bellmen, doormen, front desk, housekeeping, technicians (for help with computer), valet, phone operators-- was a genuinely nice, helpful and as friendly as could be.

4. The bus boys at the front of the hotel were very helpful with getting a cab ready, opening doors and carrying luggage.
