3. Good luck dealing with head office - they'll ask you to deal with the hotel direct, only to get transferred around without ever speaking to anyone that can help you.

6. The rooms where clean a little small but ok for 2 people the decor was nice lighting is Dim but managable, the staff was helpful, it can get nosey if your room is located near the front by the bar just ask for a room futher back.

8. Also, business travelers should take note that music lasts until the wee hours of the morning and no accomodations were made to help business travelers move to a quieter room.
