1. I even called the morning of my flight to make sure the room I asked for was taken care of, and it seemed as though everything was squared away for my stay.

4. When we told the front desk they didn't seem to care (of course the room was pre-paid and you couldn't cancel within seven days of your stay).

5. DO NOT leave anything that can be taken - as this happens - and the reception crew really don't care, and the housekeeping crew are not really interested in helping you either.

6. During the four day stay we also had smaller issues with the towel rack breaking after I put a wet towel on it, the toilet bowl chain breaking, the telephone not working, the room being 80 degrees during the day and a staff that really didn't care about any of this.

9. I complained to the manager and was told 'we advertise on our website that the bar is open till 5am'I left and lost 2 nights money but i didnt care.

10. warning 417 has a ghetto roof but we didnt mind as long as it didnt leak and have roaches we didnt care.
