3. Thankfully the second time I complained they offered a deluxe suite (a completely better room) at an exorbitant price, which I refused on the count of I had already paid an arm and a leg more for a "junior suite" .

4. After meetings there was nothing better than hitting the bar with friendly energetic people and staff serving great complimentary drinks every night.

10. I don't plan on staying there next year, only because I know more of whats available and what I want on SOBE and will budget for a better quality hotel like the Ritz Carlton or other.
