1. I was initially distraught about having to stay another night in Miami due to bad weather conditions going to jamaica but Alex who works in the front desk hooked it up big time.

Oh, and another thing - don't even bother to go before 3pm to check in - they will not check you in, or even start the process untill after 3pm - they will even look at their watches - so the lobby gets really full of people and bags - it's a bit ridiculous, as then there is a big que of angry people waiting to check into their rooms.

8. The shower in the bathroom doesn't have something to block the water, so you end up with on big puddle in the bathroom.

9. Noise: We stayed on the 3rd floor so we couldn't hear anything in our room and we were with a big group so I went to a room on the 2nd floor which wasn't noisy either.
