5. We did appreciate that when we reported to the front desk that a sprinkler outside our room was coming on at 3 AM and waking us up daily, we received a helpful call from the maintenance staff and that problem was immediately remedied for the remainder of our visit.

6. Upon arrival we were a little surprised to not be offered any help with our bags at any point (and there are no elevators, so that meant we were dragging them up to our second-floor room ourselves), but we'd been dragging them through airports too.
