1. The best place to have breakfast is at 'Eggburts' in the little shopping center just across the street.

2. We were overall satisfied but by the end I was questioning myself if kapaa is the best location in Kauai because you have to drive 25 miles to get to the good restaurants and shops which is important in Kauai, considering its many rainy days.
