1. The hotel has recently been refurbished and it looks great; our room was lovely; spacious, very comfortable, with plenty of hot water, it was spotlessly clean, and if we'd had time to watch it there was a TV with a huge choice of channels.

2. There were only 2 downsides to the room, firstly the in room coffe was awful, but no worries there is a Starbucks almost next door and the other was of our misunderstanding, this being a US family King size room means one huge bed for everyone.

6. The wall paper is falling down in the bathroom and it reveals a huge hole when the plumbing is located.

7. She said that by booking through a 3rd party, does not guarantee this and that she would ' see what she could do' in order to get us 2 beds in a room- it was like she was doing us a huge favour, when all we where asking for was what we had booked and paid extra for.

9. This is not a huge problem, but when you have two diet cokes from Walgreen's and some leftovers from a meal, well, I'd like to put them in a mini-fridge.

10. The bathroom had all the usual amenities shampoo, conditioner so forth and a huge double shower which was always hot.
