3. Most important, the staff took great care of us after we suffered a small catastrophe, they didn't ask if they could help, the front desk just went ahead and did it.

6. Everything was fastidious, clean and nice staff especially Sandra one of the Hotel reservations crew who really took care of my concerns which were minor such as where to get a cab, or where to inquire for shows Thank you again for a brief but memorable stay.

10. There is a bar downstairs opposite the lobby and they were lovely in their service and made it known we could leave all the stuff up in our room and they cleaning staff would take care of it all.
