1. The rooms now have no personality and seem too cool and impersonal, and clearly oriented to male biz travellers, but happy for the free wi-fi.

10. A good restaurant on site, but not at par with the excellent restuarants to be found beyond 42nd street, but there is a cool cocktail bar in the lobby for pre-dinner tipples that serves a pretty good Manhattan.
