8. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the bell man to the front desk to the concierge desk all the way to the staff in the concierge lounge.

9. I will also mention the concierge desk who when our ride back to JFK failed to arrive helped in every way possible, making two calls on our behalf to get the ride there.
