We booked and paid for a Times Square view which was a great decision looking back now as their was always something happening out the windowDue to its location we were also able to get around the city very easilyRooms were on the smallish size, no mini bar or fridge or tea and coffee facilitiesClose to corner stores delis which made it easy to nip down and grab a beverageBar staff functional and efficient, but not friendlyRestaurant dining was good with the cuisine being somewhat better than what I was expectingService from back of house very very slow, probably just an off night, staff at front of house unlike bar staff were friendly whilst still being able to deliver service levels that were very goodCheck in staff were sterile but functionalConcierge are slow at returning emails which did cause some small headaches in regard to transfer, however in their defence the vehicles were their and waiting even though our flight was in almost an hour early.
