1. The bathroom was clean, not huge, but the same size as our bathroom at home.

When I walked into the room it was tiny, then there was a huge stain on the carpet, then the pull down window shade wouldn't stay down (it would only stay down after I piled up the phone books with the bible with the iron placed on the pull down shade), then the pipes in the bathroom made noise constantly even if I wasn't in there with water running, then the shower head would shoot water everywhere, then the the air conditioner (whether it was on or off) every once in a while would sound like a mechanical cat barfing, then to top it off during the middle of the night when i had the air conditioner on it would go from working fine to pumping out HOT air.

3. On arrival we were checked in and taken to our two rooms on the 15th floor, our sons room was a huge double twin-bedded with own kitchen with microwave.
