3. In my reviews I refuse to make any 'ego' statements of how I am a platinum member this and gold level that blah blah blah and simply focus on the hotel and this hotel is absolutely wonderful including the staff like walter in the concierge club .

5. They probably don'tt care they have lost my business but I do wonder if it would have bothered them a little If I had serious consequences from not being allowed to treat a blood glucose level of 23 until after they had finished with me?.
