9. The rest of the hotel is clean and bright and new - it seems sad that the actual rooms where the guests are staying are in such poor shape.

10. Good news is that there is the 'Peachtree Center' -- an itty bitty shopping area with a good-sized food court -- that is attached to the hotel by a walkway.
