9. My only kind of minor complaint is there was a nice layer of dust and debris in the corners of the room, all the way around--they should use the edge attachment of the vaccum cleaner, every once in awhile, to keep the rooms from smelling old and dank, and from not looking their very best.

10. This is a huge hotel that offers one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen, lots of amenities (as in restaurants, stores, etc), and is located right next to the BART for easy traveling.
