1. I was pleased with all the services EXCEPT the WiFi arrangement.

7. Everyone in our party recieved our meal at the same time except for my oldest who was given his meal a full 15 minutes later, with barely an apology.

8. The staff were exemplary - with the exception of the maid, we had to call housekeeping twice to get the room made back up.
