8. Wasn't impressed with staff especially the taxi attendant who mouthed something waving his arms as I drove away in a taxi.

9. Which is not good customer service? By the end of the week we got the impression that they prefer business people who are here for conferences than the holiday maker who like us has paid a lot of money to go 4000 odd miles to be treated like 3rd class citizens.
