1. The hotel is extremely well located for taking care of business with many of the government agency buildings and quickly within grasp of The National Mall and Smithsonian Museums for tourists.

5. The location above the Metro station was convenient, we had a great view of the Washington Monument, both rooms were clean and comfortable and the lobby area was well taken care of.

9. There was some peeling paint in the shower area and the beds where doubles not queens and the last night we where their high school kids where staying next door and kept us up until around 1am but to my surprise there was security posted in hallway that took care of the noise immediately.
