5. The location is excellent, from the proximity to the mall (a two-minute walk) to the underground mall (never hurts to have a Five Guys in your back pocket if you need a quick bite).

7. The only reason that I didn't give it an 'excellent' rating is because it's expensive to use the Wi-FI ( which I think is ridiculous in this day and age), and due to the fact that it's true that they could probably do some updating.
