1. The hotel is in a good location and at one time it was a nice hotel but time and changing owners have not been kind.

3. The only good thing about this hotel was that the front desk was very nice when I checked in, but it should definitely not be a 3.

6. the staff at the reception desk are very nice and helpful, the hotel is comfortable, not luxurius but it has everything you need in a shopping trip, they have a shuttle from the apto to the hotel and also to take you to the North Star Mall and all around, so it is very convinient.
