1. To give you an idea of the lack of attention to detail, the 'energy saver star rating' label was left on the fridge, there was a piece of wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom that any cleaning attendant should have noticed if they cleaned the room.

2. Many a times we see a disconnect between the staff and the person running the show but in this case everyone worked as a team with an attention to detail that we very rarely see.
